Polygoose is committed to handling user information responsibly. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

1) Information we store (minimum necessary)

We store only the information required to run the service, such as your account email for magic-link sign-in, your selected language, plan/tier status, and the technical configuration needed to run your copy-trading dashboard.

2) No unnecessary data

We do not ask for or store your wallet private keys. We also do not store more personal data than needed to provide the platform.

3) Public whale/trader information

Any “whale” lists shown in the product are built from public information. We do not claim a relationship with the listed parties.

4) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data and restrict access to it.

5) Service providers

We may use third-party providers (e.g. hosting/auth/payment processors) only to the extent necessary to operate the platform.
